DELIVERY

We ship worldwide using UPS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

The Netherlands
Standard shipping is free. During sale, shipping costs €15 for orders under €150. Orders of €150 or more are shipped free.

International
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Deliveries outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

RETURNS

You can cancel your online purchase, including sale items, within 14 calendar days after the day you receive it. Email [email protected] with your order number. You then have another 14 days to send your return.

You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please return them clean, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and original packaging where possible. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess an item may result in a deduction for loss of value.

Return postage is at your own expense. We do not charge administration fees. Include your name and order number, and keep your proof of postage.

REFUNDS

We refund you through your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the items or proof of return, whichever comes first.

For a full return, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. For a partial return, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

EXCHANGES

Contact us to check availability of another size or colour. You pay the return postage; we ship one replacement of the same product free of charge after receiving your return.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?

Received an incorrect or faulty item? Contact us so we can resolve it and arrange any necessary return at our expense. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
