Shipping & Return policy
Sensofashion.com ships Worldwide using UPS. The shipment-fee within the Netherlands are FREE above €150,-, the shipment-fee within and outside the European Union is depending on the shipping-cost based on country. The amount of these costs will be displayed when purchasing your order.
NOTE: Sale items with 50% discount and more will be charged shipping costs. Orders are included 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) and are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Sensofashion.com ships worldwide. If you can't find your country in our shipping list you can contact us at Shop@sensofashion.com .
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Sensofashion orders are shipped out of the Netherlands with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in EURO.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Sensofashion tags and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please email Shop@sensofashion.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Sensofashion tags.
Sensofashion Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Underwear & Swimwear
Purchased Sensofashion underwear & swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
Bags & Accessories
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Sensofashion offers one free exchange per product per customer.
Free exchange is limited to ONE exchange for the same product in another size or color.
If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right please contact us at Shop@sensofashion.com to check if your replacement size or color is in stock. We will provide you with the necessary free exchange document. We will exchange only when the wrong size or color article has been returned to Sensofashion. If you would like to exchange an item for another model, brand or product the mentioned return policy below will apply.
All items returned should have a returning document included, make sure that you use the returning address sticker that is included with the package. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Make sure that you keep the Track & Trace number when sending your package at your post-office. For returning orders within the Netherlands we will charge an administrative fee of €15,- for returning orders within the European Union we will charge an administrative fee of €30,-
* Please Note: Refund deducted with the administrative fee is initiated within 1 week. * Please Note: During fourteen calendar days, the consumer has the possibility to terminate the agreement without stating reasons. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
